Returns & Exchanges

At Foundations, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse verifies the contents.
